In Nigeria people often wonder why life has become so unfair – showering a few individuals with tremendous wealth than they can exhaust in a generation and then leaving a multitude as destitudes. Well, that’s not being unfair – it is simply the law of sowing (cause) and reaping (effect) in action.

Not minding my specificity, this is a challenge confronting the global. Young people are beginning to find it difficult to be rich these days but the reasons are not farfetched from the discoveries I made from Experts and my Millionaire Mentors.

In just a few minutes I will share with you the Top 5 Reasons Why Most People Don’t Become Rich. By avoiding these things, you’re on the sureway to building your own financial tower.

1. Impatience

“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”
– Thomas Edison

2. Lack of financial discipline and literacy

As long as there is rampant illiteracy on how money is made, managed and spent, those within the reach of its circulation will continue to eat enough.

Since our school system does not teach it, it becomes very hard for young Nigerians to become rich.
“If you cannot save money, the seeds of greatness are not in you.” – W. Clement Stone

3. Lack of plan

Lack of adequate planning is what has impedded some Nigerians from becoming rich. They do not have long-term or short-term plan. Adequate planning gives room for creative decision that could yield to success.

4. Lack of willingness to delay gratification

The number of years it took another Entrepreneur to become a billionaire won’t be the same with you. Try to understand your peculiarities. For me, I wish to become a billionaire in future but how long it will take I don’t know.

Give enough time to test how viable your ideas are before expecting great dividend.

5. Poverty mentality

This is the worst kind of bondage. Until you are free from it you are not yet free.
